I’ve said it before, but the best white chocolate for coating popcorn is Peter’s White Ice Caps. Why? Because it’s made with butter fat. Think about it. What goes best with popcorn? Butter. So it makes sense that the most ideal white chocolate for popcorn would be one with butter fat. Right? Right. Seriously. I’ve eaten white chocolate popcorn before that’s had other white chocolates on it or even just white confectioner coatings, and it’s just not as delicious.
So, here’s a quick, easy, and tasty Valentine’s Day treat you can make for your family and friends. Both kids and adults love this stuff.
Valentine’s White Chocolate Popcorn

- White Chocolate

Directions

Drizzle melted chocolate over popcorn. Close bag and shake until thoroughly coated 3 to 4 minutes. Place in the refrigerator to cool, about 1 hour.
Add Sixlets to make your popcorn pop even more!

Is there an additional butter added to the white chocolate chips or are we just using the whote chocolate chips with the butter content already in the chips?t
We actually use White Caps which is a compound chocolate. White Chips or White Chocolate chips will work, too. However, if you want it thinned out, use cocoa butter to make thinner.
